The website provides information about SYNIKOS Modular Projects and its commercial facilitation activity in the field of modular construction. SYNIKOS helps clients explore potential providers and facilitates commercial contact where an initial opportunity appears suitable.

The initial evaluation and connection with a potential provider are offered to the client without an initial charge. SYNIKOS may receive remuneration from the manufacturer or provider under a separate commercial collaboration arrangement.

SYNIKOS does not manufacture modular buildings, perform construction works or replace the provider’s technical advice. Product specifications, technical suitability, quotations, delivery, installation, permits, warranties and contractual commitments must be confirmed directly with the relevant provider and in the applicable agreement.
